The town and ski-resort of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc welcomes winter sports lovers from all countries! Chamonix hosted year 1924 Winter Olympic Games and is one of the most appreciated ski resort in France.

The Mont Blanc mountain - 4810 meters to its summit (La Dame Blanche" in French, the white lady) it is the highest peak in France and Europe, west of Russia, and can host basically any type of outdoor activities including extreme sports: canyoning, rafting, paragliding, extreme skiing, rock and ice climbing, snowboarding, hardcore mountain biking etc. The Vallee Blanche glacier which comes down from below Mont Blanc du Tacul and the Aiguille du Midi towards the valley are recognized as one of the best places for ski lovers and snowboarders.
